2FA Set Up

As an added layer of security, XSwipe supports 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) using Google Authenticator.

Setting Up 2FA for the First Time

  1. When you request a load into your card for the first time, a prompt will appear to set up 2FA.

  2. Scan the QR code displayed on the screen using the Google Authenticator app to get a One-Time Password (OTP).

  3. Enter the OTP from the Google Authenticator app to complete the setup.

  4. Once set up, your account will be protected with 2FA.

Using 2FA for Subsequent Transactions

  1. After the initial setup, whenever you request a load into your card, you will be prompted to enter a 6-digit code.

  2. Open the Google Authenticator app on your device.

  3. Locate the 6-digit code associated with your XSwipe account.

  4. Enter the code to complete your transaction request.
