View different card tiers and begin the application process for the desired card based on its benefits.

My Cards

• Track your purchased card status; if it's still processing, it will show "Verification in Progress."

• Activate your card by clicking the "Activate" button once received.

• Top up your card and check the card balance from this section.

Transaction History

• Access your transaction history, including withdrawals and purchases.

• If you have 2 XSwipe cards, you will see the transaction history for both cards in this section.

• You can also search for transactions within a specific period by selecting dates on the top right side.

⚠️ Important Note:

1. Transaction Processing: The time for transactions to appear on your dashboard varies. Some may be placed on hold by the merchant or platform. Once verified by the merchant, transactions are promptly updated, which may take up to 7 business days.

2. Transaction Mismatch: If you notice any discrepancies in your transaction history displayed in this section, please contact our customer support team. Provide your full name and card number, and we will request a statement of account to investigate the matter.

View your card purchase and top-up history.

• Obtain your referral link to share with friends. Earn 0.25% of your referral's loading fee per transaction directly into your e-wallet.

• Instant earnings are credited to your e-wallet immediately upon your referral's transaction.

• Track your earned and pending earnings in real time within this section.

• Spend your earnings by transferring them from your e-wallet to your card via the "My Cards" section.
