Receiving Your Card

After your KYC is approved, the process for receiving your card is as follows:

Waiting Period:

Upon KYC approval, please allow 3-5 weeks for card processing, printing, and shipping. Card Issuance Notification:

We will notify you via email once your card is issued by our bank partner. Please accept this email as an assurance that your card will be soon on its way to you.

Card Delivery Notification:

When your card is dispatched, you will receive an email from DHL with a tracking number to monitor your card's delivery.

After Receiving Your Card:

Once you receive your XSwipe card, remove the sticker.
