Logging in

1️⃣ Per Usual

2️⃣ For Cardholders and Users with Pending KYC/Card Application

3️⃣For Users Who Linked Their Wallet but Haven't Purchased a Card Yet

1️⃣ Logging in per Usual:

  1. Log in from https://card.xswipe.io/.

  2. Enter your email address and password.

  3. Click "Log In".

2️⃣ For Cardholders and Users with Pending KYC/Card Application:

  1. Simply click on the "Forget Password" option.

  1. Fill in your email address.

  1. You'll receive a recovery email with instructions on how to reset your password.

  1. Once the password reset is completed, proceed to log in as usual.

3️⃣ For Users Who Linked Their Wallet but Haven't Purchased a Card Yet:

  1. Click "Sign Up."

  1. Input your email address and password.

  1. Connect the wallet originally used during the application process.
