Getting Your PIN

  • For Black Premium Cards: Your PIN will be included with the card document when you receive your card.

  • For Metal Cards: Your PIN will be sent via email after the card has been activated.

⚠️ Reminders :

  • Retain the official document as it contains your PIN number. Ensure it is kept safe.

  • The package includes a sealed paper with your PIN; handle it with care when opening.

  • Resetting your PIN will incur a bank fee of $20.

For any issues related to your PIN, please contact our customer service team:

  • Missing PIN Email: If you don't receive your PIN email, first check your spam folder. If it's not there, provide your wallet address to our customer service so we can resend the email.

  • Forgotten PIN: If you forget your PIN, our customer service team can reset it for you.

  • Locked Card: If you enter the wrong PIN 3 times, your card will be locked. Contact customer service to unlock your card.
