KYC Process

After purchasing your card, you will be directed to the KYC page. Please follow these steps to complete the process:
Fill out all the required personal information.
Take a photo or upload your documents and selfie using your current device or click “Continue on Your Phone.” If you choose to proceed with your phone, scan the QR code displayed on your screen. Take pictures of your documents and a selfie for verification using your phone.
Once all steps are done, you'll get an email confirming we received your KYC. Verification usually takes a minute. Another email will follow once it's verified.
⚠️ Important Note:
Country Restrictions: XSwipe does not support accounts, payments, or card issuance for individuals or businesses in the following countries/jurisdictions: North Korea, South Sudan, Iran, and Russian addresses. Stay updated on our social media channels for any changes to this list.
VPN Usage: Please do not use a VPN as it may cause problems in processing your application.
Passport Verification: Please ensure your passport has a minimum of 6 months of validity before it expires.
Technical Issue: If you encounter technical issues preventing you from submitting KYC or if you're stuck in the KYC process despite having already purchased the card, please contact support.
