The entire process takes 3-5 weeks for you to receive your card. You will receive an email when your card is issued and another when it's delivered by DHL, which includes a tracking number. If you have concerns, please reach out to our customer service and provide your wallet address. Our staff will check the application status for you.

1. Is it possible to purchase additional cards?

You can own a maximum of two cards. If you already have a plastic card, the second card you acquire should be a metal card. The permissible combination is one plastic card and one metal card.

1. Can I top up my cards using different wallets?

1. Does the card work at gasoline stations?

Unfortunately, our cards cannot be used at merchants such as gasoline stations that utilize "Pre-Authorization" transactions. This method is commonly employed by hotels, gasoline stations, and other merchants.

1. Where can I find my Affiliate link?

Once you refer someone, you can earn 0.25% of your referee's loading fee, which will be paid to your e-wallet instantly.
